Terms of use

By using AlphaInvestor you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

AlphaInvestor is a portfolio-tracking and analytics tool. You record your holdings yourself — stocks, ETFs, bonds, precious metals, crypto and other assets — and the app calculates valuations, performance and analytics for your own reference. The web dashboard gives you the same account on a computer.

On the website you can subscribe for free to emails about new blog posts. The subscription must be confirmed with a link sent by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Details are in the privacy policy.

AlphaInvestor does not execute trades, hold assets, or connect to any brokerage, wallet or exchange account.

AlphaInvestor is only for adults (18+). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account).

Content in AlphaInvestor — including the Alpha Score, technical lenses, portfolio insights, AI analyses, the Morning Brief and company analyses published on the blog — is for information and education only. It is not an investment recommendation or financial, tax or legal advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You make your own investment decisions and are solely responsible for them.

The author of blog analyses may hold the instruments discussed — each analysis says so.

AlphaInvestor Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). It renews for the same period unless you cancel before renewal — on the App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, depending on where you subscribed. A subscription bought in the app also unlocks Pro features in the web dashboard.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time — on iOS in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions — or from Manage Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Current prices are shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before purchase and may change. For existing subscribers I will give advance notice of a price change, in line with Apple's or Google's rules.

Purchases are billed and processed by the store you subscribed through. App Store refunds are handled entirely by Apple under its own policies — I can't issue them directly; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds are requested through Google Play under Google's refund policies; if Google's refund window has passed, contact me and I'll review the request.

Don't misuse AlphaInvestor: no decompiling or reverse engineering, no interfering with its operation, no circumventing security, and no unlawful use.

The app, dashboard and website, their design and content (excluding the portfolio data you enter) are protected by copyright. The data you enter remains yours.

AlphaInvestor is provided as is. I work to keep it running correctly, but I don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that market data will always be accurate and current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for investment losses or for indirect damages arising from your use of AlphaInvestor. This does not exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer or liability for intentional harm.

You can stop using AlphaInvestor and delete your account at any time. I may suspend or close access to an account that breaches these terms.

I may update these terms. I will announce significant changes in the app or on the website before they take effect; the date at the top shows the latest change.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence.
