Terms of use

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Additional terms may apply to specific features (for example, third-party data terms). If there is a conflict, the more specific terms govern only for that feature.

Alpha Investor currently provides a marketing website and a waitlist flow for early access updates. Features and availability may change during early access.

The website may include a waitlist or marketing forms. Submitting a waitlist request does not guarantee access, timing, or any particular feature set.

Alpha Investor is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, attorney, or fiduciary. Nothing in the services constitutes personalized investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation to take or refrain from any investment action.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for verifying information with independent professionals and official sources.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 16, or higher if required locally) to use the services. If you cannot meet this requirement, do not use the services.

If you submit your details through the waitlist form, you agree to provide accurate information.

Joining the waitlist does not create a user account, subscription, or entitlement to immediate access.

You agree not to misuse the services, including: probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization; interfering with service operation; attempting to access data that is not yours; reverse engineering except to the extent permitted by law; distributing malware; sending spam; scraping at a rate or scale that harms the service; or using the services to violate law or third-party rights.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk.

The services, including software, branding, text, graphics, and layouts, are owned by Alpha Investor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the services for you.

The services may integrate or link to third-party services, data providers, and websites. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the accuracy of third-party data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ALPHA INVESTOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alpha Investor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may modify the services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law (for example, by posting an updated policy or in-app notice). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or discontinue the services, or suspend or terminate your access, at any time with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business reasons. You may stop using the services at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area, you may benefit from mandatory protections of the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where those laws so require. For business users, you agree that the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpha Investor regarding the subject matter and supersede prior understandings on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
